At Vegas Imaging Professional Solutions, we strive to provide exceptional service and client satisfaction. Because our services are customized and delivered based on specific customer needs, we do not offer automatic refunds once a service has been completed.
Service-Based Transactions
All service fees are final once work has begun or been completed.
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution.
Cancellations
For scheduled services, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or partial charge.
