These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which Vegas Imaging Professional Solutions provides medical imaging equipment services including sales, repair, maintenance, and installation.

By requesting or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide equipment services based on the agreed-upon quote or work order. All services are scheduled according to availability and client requirements.

Any additional work not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding.

2. Service Scheduling

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment and availability.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a service appointment. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may be subject to fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed in advance and detailed in your quote or invoice.
Payment is typically due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur a fee.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work. If issues arise related to a recent service, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them.
Warranty terms for parts or equipment vary by manufacturer and will be disclosed where applicable.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by conditions beyond our control, such as power outages, supply shortages, or site inaccessibility.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the service area is safe and accessible at the time of the appointment.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any relevant equipment history, known issues, or site conditions that may affect our work.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or delays.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if unsafe working conditions exist, if payment terms are not met, or if there is a breach of these Terms.
